EVENT PLANNING
& MANAGEMENT

We plan more than 20 events each year, and our extensive knowledge allows us to recommend best practices, share creative ideas, and implement proven efficient systems. We manage all the details so your staff can focus on fundraising.

EVENT DAY
SERVICES

Our seasoned staff provide the support you need for your fundraising event to shine. We manage every

on-site detail so your team can allocate their time to what matters most: engaging with your donors.

  • Prepare and implement minute-by-minute schedule 

  • Supervise venue setup and deliveries

  • Oversee catering, AV, decor, and other vendors

  • Ensure ballroom, stage, decor, and signage are set correctly

  • Lead rehearsals with AV team and speakers

  • Train and supervise staff and volunteers

  • Register guests and create a smooth check-in process
